印度嚴格規定漁船登記入冊印度商業部出口審查委員會(EIC)，依2012年3月15日生效之水產品出口通關及監控行政命令規定，要求所有提供出口商水產品來源的漁船登記入冊；往後登記入冊漁船才能提供魚貨出口，出口商亦僅能向通過EIC認可之漁船購買原料魚。出口商酒店工作認為該新規定將嚴重衝擊已呈停滯狀態的供應系統。原由各行政區漁業部管轄的漁船，向海洋水產品出口發展局(MPEDA)登記雖能獲得津貼及政府協助，但非強制性。預計受理登記的印度臨海行政區作業漁船逾6萬艘。EIC特別規定：漁船須設計建造成能防止漁獲遭船底污小型辦公室水、汙物、穢氣、燃料、油污、潤滑油或其他不潔物質污染；漁船須配備近融冰溫度的冰櫃以確保漁獲鮮度能保存超過24小時；工作用設備及用具需選用抗菌、易清潔的抗腐蝕材質。（摘譯自INFOFISH Trade News, No. 6/2012，2 April 2012） VESSELS REGISTRATION 西裝外套BECOME MANDATORY The Export Inspection Council (EIC), under the Ministry of Commerce, has made it mandatory that all vessels supplying fish for export should register with it. According to the executive instructions for approval and 烤肉monitoring of fish and fishery products for export, only registered vessels can supply fish for export and exporters should purchase raw materials from EIC-approved vessels only. The new set of instructions had come into effect from 15 信用貸款March 2012. Initially the new orders would have serious impacts on the supply situation according to exporters, which have already started coming to a halt. In the present system, vessels are registered under the fishery departments of 澎湖民宿the states concerned. The vessels can register under the Marine Products Export Development Authority (MPEDA) for getting subsidy and government aid, but this is not mandatory. There are more than 60,000 vessels engaged in fishing in 賣屋the major maritime states of the country. Special requirements for vessels are: Vessels must be designed and constructed so as to avoid contamination of fishery products with bilge water, sewage, smoke, fuel, oil, grease or other G2000objectionable substances; vessels designed and equipped to preserve fresh fishery products for more than 24 hours shall be equipped with tanks or containers for the storage of fishery products at a temperature approaching that of 西服melting ice; and equipment and material used for working shall be made of corrosion-resistant material that is easy to clean and disinfect.
